I used a modified version of Country Lanes Block #1829 from Barbara Brackman’s Block Encyclopedia book, page 210. My block is named “Burst” and my quilt is called Bluebell.
I have some cutting and assembling notes for the quilt in the link below. I haven’t checked or tested the pattern, and if anyone is interested in it, please let me know if you have any questions.

Finished size 104″ square, great for a king size bed – plus a nice drape on all sided.
First two blocks, 3″ finished units make a 15″ finished block
